Warning signs must be properly affixed to the fence line, to alert site visitors and staff of the dangers and minimum safety requirements before entering the site. These need to be positioned at the following intervals:
-Every 15m when next to easily accessible areas like public footpaths, residential homes, etc.
-Every 30-40m in all other cases.
If any transformers on the site are NOT independently fenced off or enclosed within a structure with a lockable entrance (like the image below), then the entire site must be designated a High Voltage site under Electrical Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations (2002). This means Danger of Death signage needs to specify High Voltage warnings as well.
A GDPR compliant CCTV sign needs to be installed informing people that there is a CCTV system in operation.
